Absolutely. We'll credit what you've already paid and quote the difference to add intake forms, workflow, and expanded pages. This is exactly what "we grow with you" means.
Yes. You own all content, design, and code. If you decide to leave, we'll export everything and help you move it. We want you to stay because you love working with us, not because you're locked in.
We'll quote it as an add-on or suggest upgrading to the next tier if it makes sense. We're flexible. Some things (like adding one extra page) are simple. Others (like building a custom portal) are Tier 3 projects.
Our apps and hosting are secure and privacy-first. For basic websites, you get SSL encryption and secure contact forms—standard protection. We're not doing HIPAA audits or BAA agreements at this tier. For custom apps handling PHI, we scope that properly in Tier 3.
Launch Kit: 1–2 weeks. Launch + Workflow: 3–5 weeks. Custom Systems: depends on scope, typically 6–12 weeks for most projects. We can expedite if you have a hard deadline.
Yes. We'll migrate your content, set up redirects, and make the transition smooth. In most cases, we'll rebuild fresh rather than trying to work within the constraints of a WordPress theme or DIY builder.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers. Monthly billing is automatic. For one-time setup fees, we can split payments (50% to start, 50% at launch) if that helps with cash flow.
